SHIV SENA YET TO FINALISE STAND ON LOKPAL BILL

shiv 150x150 Shiv Sena Yet To Finalise Stand On Lokpal BillShiv Sena spokesperson Sanjay Raut said today that the partyneeded some time to make its stand clear on Lokpal Bill.
While talking  to media at  press conference in Mumbai, Sanjay said, “Shiv Sena people and the party have always been raising voice against corruption. We have protested against corruption several times. We want that corruption should be eradicated from society. Even the corrupt leaders should be removed from politics irrespective of which party they belong to. But since the time Lokpal has come up for discussion, every party has its own point of view, they have their own issues. Shiv Sena is also a party we need time to think about our role in it.”
Sanjay reacted strongly to the questions on the so called ‘vada-pav war’, the Shiv Sena targeted Congress by calling them drunkards. He reasoned that only Shiv Sena which has been sellingvada-pavs for the last 50 years whereas the Congress has been engaged in sellingliquor.”Congress party is running the bars in state. They want to make drinks from the rotten money. They are the producers of liquors. They have several liquor shops in state and outside. Their name is ‘Bewara’ (drunkards) and ours is ‘Shivra’,” as stated by SanjayRaut.
The meeting was held at 7 RCR in Delhi to discuss the contentious provisions of the Lokpal Bills.The meeting was called by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in order to evolve a consensus on Lokpal bill.
